From wheelchair to world record – proof that resilience has no limits.
Liam’s Story
Liam Beville’s comeback story is worthy of a Hollywood movie. – Guinness World Records
At 18, I was hit by a stolen car and told I might never walk again. A year in plaster, six months in a wheelchair and multiple surgeries followed. But I refused to give up. Through years of relentless training, I rebuilt my body and spirit, eventually rising to become one of the world’s strongest deadlifters – holding six world records across four weight divisions and ranking number one globally in my age and category.
Today, I share that journey to show that strength isn’t just physical – it’s forged in adversity.
Unbroken – The Liam Beville Story
My memoir, Unbroken, tells the truth behind the triumph – the pain, the humour and the fight to keep going when the odds said no. It’s a story of resilience, defiance and belief in what the human spirit can achieve.
Speaking
I speak from experience – not theory. My talks motivate teams, inspire leaders and remind people that barriers exist only if we accept them. Whether in business, sport or life, my message is simple: resilience can rewrite any destiny.
